Pay Range: $(56.00 – 62.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits

Hybrid: Mon – Thurs onsite, Fri remote

Must have skills:

• Must have Jira experience,including Jira automation
• Agile experience and speak to their experience in the interview process
• Agentic AI platforms such as Claude

Roles and Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Data Analyst with deep expertise in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
• This individual will leverage data to analyze complex business problems, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.
• The ideal candidate will identify and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets, develop and validate key performance indicators (KPIs), and design queries and analytical models that quantitatively measure business performance.
• This role is responsible for translating business requirements into reporting and dashboard specifications and delivering scalable analytics solutions using Agentic AI platforms such as Claude.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience
• Must also be knowledgeable in Agile and development methodologies and be familiar with Jira, including Jira automation.
• Success in this role requires strong communication and the candidate must be comfortable presenting findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leaders and executive audiences.
