Job Summary
The Production Operator I is responsible for performing assigned production tasks efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role ensures smooth operations, maintains product quality, and contributes to a safe work environment in line with production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery according to standard procedures.
- Maintain continuous production flow by adhering to production schedules and documentation.
- Perform inspections and controls on operations, ensuring traceability and quality compliance.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Maintenance, Tooling, Quality Control, Methods, and Process departments.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions as required.
- Evaluate own work using basic quality control methods and report any discrepancies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic technical skills.
- Entry-level experience; professional training up to 3 months is acceptable.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and able to follow procedures .
