Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setup daily cycle counts in our ERP;
  • Use the system to execute the cycle count daily;
  • Review discrepancies and perform re-counts when counts are out of tolerance;
  • Conduct Physical Inventory when required;
  • Report on the inventory accuracy in the daily standup meetings;
  • Help to make sure all products and shelves are labeled properly;
  • Analyze cycle count error to find root causes;
  • Help to drive solutions to root causes of cycle count errors;
  • Liaison with ERP team to share data and collaborate on corrections and solutioning;
  • Ad hoc inventory reporting as needed;
  • Support safety rules and engage in safety observation process;
  • Be an active member of the shipping team;

Qualifications:

  • Computer literate, strong communication and good math skills, able to work with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with ERP systems and barcode scanning
  • Ability to drive a forklift and become certified
  • Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented, automotive/mechanical ability a plus
  • Willingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicals
  • Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skills
  • Self-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others
  • Adhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
