Etch Restaurant, by Chef Deb Paquette, is hiring AM Dishwashers for our newest location at the Factory in Franklin. Responsibilities include light prep and cleaning/janitorial duties. Weekend availability is required.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who can bring a positive attitude to the back of house team and ensure our kitchen operations run smoothly, food safety and sanitation standards are being upheld, and workspaces are kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and follow direction
