All-Stars Head Coach
ETC Gymnastics is looking for an energetic, experienced, and passionate All-Stars Head Coach to join our team! This position can be full-time or part-time for the right candidate.
We are looking for a coach who has strong gymnastics experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop athletes while creating a fun, positive, and competitive team environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead coach for our All-Stars program.
- Coach and develop athletes across all four gymnastics events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.
- Have strong experience coaching tumbling and running tumbling skills.
- Develop age- and skill-appropriate training plans to help athletes progress.
- Prepare athletes for competitions and provide coaching at competitions and team events.
- Build strong relationships with athletes and families through clear, professional communication.
- Maintain a positive gym environment that balances fun, teamwork, discipline, and competitive excellence.
- Help motivate athletes to work toward individual and team goals.
- Communicate effectively with gym leadership, coaches, athletes, and parents.
Requirements
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience is required.
- Strong experience with tumbling and running tumbling.
- Ability to coach all four gymnastics events.
- Competition coaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to create an environment that is both fun and competitive.
- Reliable, organized, and professional.
- Must be available for competitions, which may include evenings and weekends.
Schedule
Weekdays: Approximately 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Saturday: Approximately 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Competitions: Additional time required based on the competition schedule.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
