Beach Server

As an Etaru Server, you are responsible for delivering professional and attentive service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. With your passion for hospitality and attention to detail, you will contribute to the overall success and reputation of Etaru as a premier dining destination.

Brought to the United States by Rainer Becker, co-founder and creator of Zuma restaurants worldwide and ROKA London, ETARU, is a restaurant featuring contemporary Japanese robatayaki grill cuisine. Offering casual, yet sophisticated, dining at the second-story restaurant, bar & terrace, the space is equally divided indoor and out. The beach bar offers a more relaxed environment with service directly to the sand (Friday – Sunday).

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed
• Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and maintain smooth communication between FOH and Kitchen teams

• Previous experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment preferred
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
