Job Description
Computer software to be used : MS Office Suite- Outlook, Excel, Word and then our Proprietary Web-based System.
Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: HS graduate, customer service background with at least 6 months of call center experience with high call volumes.
Desired skills:
Able to learn information quickly and then turn around and communicate that information to callers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Will take back-to-back in bound calls dealing with unemployment experience.
