Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize leads from recruiting platforms to make outbound calls to applicants and proactively search for passive candidates.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to new applicants to qualify them for our home health aide roles.
- Complete phone screenings, interviews, and compliance requirements prior to onboarding.
- Coordinate with HR Benefits Administrator on new hires.
- Enhance new hire retention through employee engagement initiatives.
- Track and report on employee turnover by reason.
- Ensure recruiting metrics are met through detailed report tracking.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in a Windows environment.
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Constructively handle diverse personalities.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Friendly, professional, personable, and analytical.
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
