This is a full-time CNA/HHA (Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide) role based on-site in Tampa, FL. The role involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as grooming, bathing, and feeding. The CNA/HHA will provide personal and patient care, monitor patient conditions, and document progress. The role also includes offering companionship and facilitating light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Experience in Home Care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families
- Proficiency in providing Patient Care and Personal Care, ensuring comfort and safety
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented demeanor
- Valid CNA or HHA certification and CPR certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training preferred but not mandatory
