We are a live event ticketing startup leveraging proprietary data and software to forecast event ticketing price & demand across primary & secondary markets. Our dynamic pricing and yield management tools, powered by predictive demand models and deep industry knowledge, allow us to optimize pricing down to the individual seat level. Our platform enables numerous parts of our business, including everything from supporting our trading team to make data-driven decisions in real time, to generating instant cash offers for fans to sell their tickets, to working directly with content rightsholders in optimizing their pricing and distribution strategies. 

Role Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious Full Stack Developer (I-III) who can build, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications. In this role, you'll work to take features from concept to production with plenty of autonomy. You’ll see your code go live daily and immediately impact our product – we deploy to production multiple times a day! This is a chance to join a startup and have a direct impact from day one. You'll work on problems at the intersection of e-commerce, real-time systems, and behavioral psychology—determining not just how to sell tickets, but understanding how fans make split-second purchasing decisions.

Location: This is a full-time, on-site position at our office (no remote option at this time). It’s perfect for someone who thrives on face-to-face collaboration and loves the energy of a startup. No pointless meetings, no bureaucracy, no "that's not how we do things here." Ideas win on merit.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Development: You’ll build, deploy, and maintain web applications using React (front end) and Node.js (back end). You will own features end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy, taking ideas from a whiteboard sketch to a live feature in production. We trust you to write, test, and ship code – often all in the same week.
• Data Visualization & Analytics: Apply your knowledge of data visualization and analytics to enhance our proprietary data platform. This means creating intuitive dashboards, real-time analytics tools, and visual interfaces that turn complex datasets into actionable insights for the team and our users. An analytical mindset and ability to interpret data will help you succeed in this role.
• Technical Innovation: Work closely with the team to design scalable system architectures. Continuously improve our codebase by refactoring, optimizing performance, and adopting best practices in security and maintainability. You’ll be encouraged to explore new technologies that can drive technical decisions and innovation on our platform.
• Continuous Experimentation: We’re always trying new ideas — whether it’s a UI tweak or a pricing algorithm update — and measuring the results. You’ll help set up these tests, crunch the numbers, and learn what makes fans click 'Buy Now.' 
• Domain-Driven Features: Bring your genuine passion for music and/or sports into the development process. Leverage your passion and expertise to help shape product features and guide business decisions.

• Genuine interest in music, sports, or live entertainment. You don’t need to be a former rock star or pro athlete, but you should get why live events matter. 
• Self-Starter Attitude: You can work independently and take ownership of projects. Give you a goal, and you’ll run with it – no hand-holding required. We love team members who take initiative, find solutions, and carve their own path to get results.
• Team Player & Communicator: You’re an excellent problem-solver and communicator. You can discuss technical ideas in simple terms and collaborate easily with non-developers. Being adaptable and open to feedback is key – we value people who share knowledge and wear multiple hats in a small team.
• AI-Powered Development: You’ve fully embraced AI tools in your coding journey. Whether it’s GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI assistants, you use them to code smarter and faster. We want someone who actively leverages AI in their workflow to boost productivity and creativity (and isn’t shy about it!).

Compensation: 80-120K annual salary, dependent upon experience bonus opportunities
