Job Title: Management Trainee
As a Management Trainee at EBL, your first year will be a dynamic journey through the process of launching and scaling a brand from its inception to a fully-fledged market presence. This role is designed for ambitious individuals who are eager to dive deep into the world of brand creation and development. You will work closely with our seasoned brand teams, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of building and growing a brand.
In the first year, management trainees (MTs) will be actively involved in launching and scaling a brand from start to finish. This comprehensive process includes:
- Brand Incubation: MTs will participate in the initial stages of brand creation.
- Market Research: Conducting initial product and market research, in collaboration with the brand team.
- Brand Development: Working closely with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy.
- Launch: Assisting in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry.
- Scaling: Actively contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand.
- Assortment Growth: Aiding in the expansion of the product range to meet market demands and trends.
- Platform and Market Expansion: Working on expanding the brand's presence to more platforms and markets.
- Marketing Channel Expansion: Assisting in broadening the reach through various marketing channels.
After completing their first year, MTs will be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:
