Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team! You will be assigned to a specific brand within our portfolio. Your primary mission is to drive brand growth through aggressive affiliate outreach and provide operational support across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and our community channels.
This is a high-impact role where you will be on the front lines of our "Daily Outreach Program," ensuring our products get into the hands of the right creators.
Key Responsibilities
1. TikTok Affiliate Outreach (Primary Task)
- Daily "Spam" Invites: Execute a high volume of daily affiliate invitations via the TikTok Seller Center.
- Template Management: Strictly follow provided scripts and templates to invite creators to join our affiliate program.
2. Shopee Operations & Support
- Link Management: Collect and organize product/shop links from affiliates.
- Compliance Checking: Ensure all affiliate content and links align with our brand’s affiliate program guidelines.
- In-App Chat Support: Monitor the Shopee Seller Center to reply to basic affiliate inquiries.
- Escalation: Identify complex questions and redirect them to the internal team for further assistance.
3. Campaign & Data Management
- Link Harvesting: Download and organize affiliate links for internal reporting and tracking as needed.
Requirements & Skills
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with TikTok Seller Center and Shopee Seller Center is a huge plus.
- Consistency: Ability to perform repetitive outreach tasks with high accuracy and a positive attitude.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills for replying to creators and drafting Viber updates.
- Organization: Must be able to manage links, files, and schedules without losing track of details.
- Resourcefulness: Knowing when to handle a query and when to ask for help.
