Responsibilities
Safely operate an 9-foot cargo van and Pickup truck to deliver goods to various locations according to scheduled routes.
Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed, ensuring items are secured properly for transit.
Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management when not on delivery routes.
Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving items, and operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks.
Communicate effectively with dispatch or team members regarding route changes or delivery updates.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred.
Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles.
Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
