Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for one or more modules of our SaaS platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and leadership to build solutions that scale, delight users, and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable requirements.
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with engineering to manage sprint planning and prioritization.
- Define and track KPIs to measure feature adoption, usability, and ROI.
- Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer in all product decisions.
- Lead discovery, user testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve product-market fit.
- Support compliance and security alignment (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc., if relevant).
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to train, launch, and evangelize new features.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled company.
- Strong understanding of Agile development and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to define requirements and deliver B2B or B2C software products at scale.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, UX, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech).
- Technical fluency to work closely with engineers (e.g., API, cloud, integrations).
- Familiarity with user research, UX/UI principles, and SaaS monetization models.
- Experience launching mobile apps or platform products.
