What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRODUCT MANAGER position at Etactics Inc?
Product ManagerDuties: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) Providing vision of a business units solutions or applications 2) Work closely with various teams within the business unit to make decisions and create strategies that ensure the solution or application enjoys long term sustainability and contributes to the business unit?s revenue and margin goals 3) Managing the solution or application throughout its lifecycle. 4) Gathering and prioritizing customer requirements as they relate to the use of the solution or application. 5) Creating the technical specification and business case of all solution or application enhancements for the Idea Pool team to assess in advance of the same being approved for a release. 6) Working closely with software development to deliver all suggested solution or application enhancements on time and in full.
7) Preparing the release notes of all solution or application enhancements. 8) Working with marketing to ensure all sales collateral remains relevant and is representative of any solution or application enhancements.Universal Duties: Expected demonstrated skills and attitude: 1) Respectful demeanor to customers and fellow workforce members. 2) Strong communication skills, both oral and written. 3) Ability to stay current on your role.
4) Performing all other duties as assigned timely and professionally. 5) Complying with all company compliance requests in a timely and efficient manner. 6) At a minimum, bring to management's immediate attention any breach or potential breach of sensitive customer data as encountered.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience & Qualifications: 1) Strong interest, experience, and working knowledge of contemporary technology.
