What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Cultivation Technician position at ET4 Corp?
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivator to assist in the daily operations of our flowering rooms. This role focuses on plant maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality flower.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform/Monitor plant defoliation and pruning according to schedule and best practices
- Apply Integrated Pest Management (IPM) treatments, including foliar spraying
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of flower rooms and work areas
- Follow all company SOPs and compliance regulations strictly
- Assist with plant movement, trellising, and support work as needed
- Monitor plant health and report any abnormalities or concerns
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and spraying systems
- Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed at all times
- Helping others in the facility, when needed.
Work Schedule & Expectations:
- Full-time hours available with overtime opportunities
- Weekend availability
- Flexible scheduling based on cultivation needs
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
