DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Mitel MiVoice Business Certified Technician to join our telecommunications system setup and maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Mitel products and experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and support. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems runs efficiently and resolving any issues that arise. If you have a passion for communication technology and a certification in Mitel systems, we would love to hear from you!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of proven Telecommunication knowledge and success, installing and servicing Mitel MiVB systems
- Must be familiar with all aspects of commercial cabling, infrastructure, and terminations
- A high degree of motivation and discipline.
- MUST BE CERTIFIED AS A MITEL MiVB TECHNICIAN
- MUST HOLD MITEL MiVB CERTIFICATIONS INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING: MiVB, MiCC, MiCollab, MiVCR(MiR), MBG, Clustering, etc.
- Must be familiar with all voice integration mediums, POTS, PRI, SIP, etc.
- Must be familiar with Enterprise level complex solutions.
- Experience in Unified communication, recording, reporting, collaboration is required.
- Meticulous workmanship skills. Detail oriented, quick learner.
- People skills – demonstrate superior communication skills to respond diverse client’s technology needs
- Always eager to learn, able to work as a part of a winning team.
