Do you have the rare ability to stay calm while someone is very upset about socks, schedules, or the concept of “no”?
Are you part coach, part helper, part human grounding cord?

Can de-escalate with your voice, not your volume
Believe routines are a love language
Can help with daily living skills (hygiene, meals, meds reminders, transportation support)
Can redirect without shaming (“Let’s try a different choice”)
Write clear notes after hard moments (because documentation = protection)
