Role Description The Engineering Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Racine, WI. This role involves supporting engineering and production teams through assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and electromechanical components and systems. Typical tasks include using test equipment to verify performance, performing soldering and rework on circuit boards, and documenting test results and findings in a clear, organized manner. The Engineering Technician will assist in diagnosing equipment and system issues, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with engineers to improve product reliability and manufacturability. The role also includes maintaining a clean and safe work area, following established procedures and quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position does include travel across the the country as well as some international travel.
