The Role: Litigation Associate (4–10 years)
Step directly into hands-on federal court litigation, including a major class action involving skilled nursing facility understaffing claims in Los Angeles.
What You’ll Do as a Litigation Attorney
- Handle cases from start to finish; Lead federal court litigation
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Take on serious trial prep (and trial exposure)
- Work on healthcare defense, products liability, and complex matters
