Our client, a national products liability firm, has quietly built something most litigation teams talk about—but rarely deliver: a fully remote practice where paralegals are in the room (virtually and literally) when strategy is being shaped.
Work side-by-side with a trial attorney on matters that move—lemon law, product liability, warranty defense from the early investigation through trial: drafting pleadings, managing calendars, coordinating depositions, preparing motions, building trial binders, summarizing depositions, and showing up when it matters most.
Your input isn’t an afterthought. Paralegals are part of the conversation—strategy, direction, execution. The entire firm operates remotely, but this role is closely connected to a Los Angeles-based trial attorney, so a location in LA or Orange County is required.
What tends to work well here:
- 3 years of civil litigation or products liability experience
- BA and paralegal certificate
- Los Angeles or Orange County, CA location required
