What You’ll Be Doing as a Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant
- Lots of eFiling - state and federal courts
- Managing cases where deadlines matter and details make the difference
- Preparing, filing, and serving documents in California state and federal courts
- Drafting discovery, correspondence, calendaring and all the pieces that keep cases moving
- Rolling up your sleeves for trial prep—exhibits, binders, logistics
The Essentials
- Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal certificate required
- Strong e-filing experience in CA state and federal courts
- At least 3 years civil litigation experience, preferably from a large firm
