What You’ll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through “The Estridge Way” — from first visit to contract
- Showcase the unique value of Estridge neighborhoods, home designs, and lifestyle offerings
- Partner with marketing to drive community traffic, support events, and amplify brand presence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Design, and Construction to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintain and nurture your sales pipeline through CRM tools and industry-leading prospecting
- Represent the Estridge brand with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, homebuilding, or hospitality industry
- A relationship-first mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- The ability to connect with buyers and guide them through a thoughtful, emotional purchase decision
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a disciplined approach to pipeline management
- A team player who brings energy, polish, and purpose to every interaction
