We are seeking an individual to represent Estrellita, Inc as a Sales Coach. Estrellita has been providing Early Spanish Literacy curriculum and training for bilingual and dual language education in schools throughout the country for over 45 years. Estrellita is a growing small business with 13 employees, this position will be responsible for a team of 6 sales representatives. The position is based in Denver, CO and is an in-office position.
The primary role of the Sales Coach is training salespeople to improve their performance, setting and tracking goals, and providing feedback and guidance to help meet and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities involve developing and leading training programs, analyzing sales metrics, onboarding new hires, and acting as a consultant for sales-related challenges.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Core responsibilities
· Training and development: Develop and deliver training programs to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiation skills.
· Performance analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and to track progress.
· Goal setting: Work with sales teams and individuals to set realistic goals and hold them accountable for their performance.
· Onboarding: Train and mentor new salespeople on company processes, sales strategies, and best practices.
· Consultation: Serve as a resource for sales staff, providing advice and support to help them overcome job-related challenges.
· Sales Presentations: Attend conferences and sales presentations with the sales team.
· Motivation: Foster a positive and supportive environment to motivate the sales team.
Key duties
· Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
· Design and implement training courses using various methods like role-playing and interactive activities.
· Shadow sales calls or meetings to provide constructive feedback.
· Collaborate with sales leadership and other departments to align strategy and address issues.
· Provide feedback on performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Native level Spanish fluency required.
Sales Experience
5 years of sales coaching experience.
Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree required
