- Quote and sell auto, homeowners, commercial, motorcycle, boat, and other insurance products
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Cross-sell additional products to maximize customer value
- Follow up on inbound leads and customer referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service while identifying additional sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals
Required
- Active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous insurance sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer proficiency

- Commercial insurance experience
- Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding production goals
