We are a growing and customer-focused insurance agency dedicated to providing excellent service and support to our clients. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with policy questions, payments, and basic insurance inquiries
  • Update and maintain customer account information accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients
  • Support agents and office staff with daily administrative tasks
  • Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual english and spanish Required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus!)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
