We are a growing and customer-focused insurance agency dedicated to providing excellent service and support to our clients. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with policy questions, payments, and basic insurance inquiries
- Update and maintain customer account information accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients
- Support agents and office staff with daily administrative tasks
- Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bilingual english and spanish Required
- Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
