Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate insurance quotes based on each client’s needs
- Sell auto, home, and other property and casualty policies over the phone and in person
- Explain coverage options, products, and services clearly to clients and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support renewals and referrals
- Follow up on leads and quotes to convert prospects into policyholders
- Keep client records and policy information accurate and up to date
- Complete required coursework and training programs successfully
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience; sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills with an enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Comfortable working with computers, quoting systems, and phones
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Pay:
- 4-40 Customer Representative license: $16–$18 per hour
- 2-20 Property & Casualty license: $18–$22 per hour
- Plus commission/bonus opportunities
