Event Operations Manager
The Vault Function Hall – Lawrence, MA
The Vault Function Hall is a unique and elegant event venue. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on individual to oversee daily operations and manage events.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Overseeing daily venue operations
Managing events from booking through completion
Supervising staff (bartenders, cleaners, event staff)
Communicating with clients and ensuring a great experience
Maintaining organization, presentation, and service standards
Identifying ways to increase bookings and improve operations
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented
Comfortable managing people and making decisions
Able to work evenings and weekends
Experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
