Job Overview
Estrada Ready Mix Concrete is currently seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals with prior sales experience who are driven, professional, and enjoy building strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer accounts, and promoting our ready mix concrete products throughout the DFW area.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
· Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
· Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
· Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure excellent customer service.
· Meet or exceed sales goals.
· Maintain accurate customer records and activity.
Qualifications
· Previous sales experience required.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Construction or ready mix concrete industry experience is a plus, but not required.
· Bilingual is NOT required.
