Business System Analyst

Estrada Consulting, Inc Is Looking For

• Candidates will have at least 12-15 years working in Information Technology and preferred to have public sector and healthcare project experience.
  
  

Candidates also must meet all of the following additional experience:

• MQ1: A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
• MQ2 -Bachelor Degree copy required.
• DQ1 Points may be awarded if the proposed staff has one (1) or more industry-recognized certifications, such as those offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Project Management Institute (PMI), or equivalent organizations.
• DQ2 Points may be awarded if the proposed staff has one (1) or more industry-recognized Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), or equivalent.
• DQ3 Points may be awarded if the proposed staff has six (6) or more years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master and three (3) or more years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
• DQ4 Points may be awarded if the proposed staff has six (6) or more years of experience working with an Agile or hybrid Waterfall-Agile methodology and three (3) or more years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
• DQ5 Points may be awarded if the proposed staff has a minimum of three (3) or more years of experience conducting business analysis and documenting functional and non-functional requirements of IT projects of at least medium size, scope, and complexity – i.e. projects with budgets of $5 Million or more, one (1) or more years of duration, and where the system had three hundred (300) or more users.
• DQ6 Points may be awarded if the proposed staff has a minimum of six (6) or more years of experience using requirements management and issue tracking tools, such as Jira, or equivalent.
• Project references will be required from previous clients and will need to be client domain email addresses.
• Degree and certification copies will be required.

Duration: 18 months.
