As our school continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated ESE Classroom Aide to join our team. This is a high-demand position supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality instruction and care throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive, patient, and supportive environment for all students
- Assist with classroom management and student behavior guidance
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Participate in training sessions, professional development, and school meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or administration
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with children in a kind, respectful, and consistent manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must pass a Level II background screening and reference check
- Commitment to uphold Esther’s School’s Statement of Faith and demonstrate a positive Christian example in words and actions, both on and off campus
