As our school continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Student Aide to join our team. This is a high-demand position supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality instruction and care throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive, patient, and supportive environment for all students
• Assist with classroom management and student behavior guidance
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Participate in training sessions, professional development, and school meetings as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or administration

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with children in a kind, respectful, and consistent manner
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass a Level II background screening and reference check
• Commitment to uphold Esther’s School’s Statement of Faith and demonstrate a positive Christian example in words and actions, both on and off campus
