You will work closely with IT, operations, and administrative teams to automate internal processes and approval workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate for approval forms and internal processes
- Collaborate with office staff to understand form requirements and approval hierarchies
- Optimize existing manual processes by identifying automation opportunities
- Test and troubleshoot workflows to ensure reliability and compliance
- Document workflow logic and provide user-friendly guides for staff
- Assist with integration of Power Automate into broader systems (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Participate in weekly check-ins to report progress and gather feedback

- Proficiency in Power Automate including ability to design, build, and troubleshoot automated workflows
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Understanding of Basic programming logic such as conditions, loops, expressions, and variables.
- Ability to work with structured data sources like forms, lists, and tables.
- Experience or ability creating workflow diagrams and user guides.
- Ability to map and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix issues in workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail in routing logic, data accuracy, and user notifications.
