The Manager/Sr. Manager, Marketing is responsible for contributing to and executing brand initiatives that drive commercial performance and support ESTEVE’s mission to improve patients’ lives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Market Access, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Legal/Compliance, and Regulatory, as well as external agency partners, to deliver integrated, compliant marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market impact. The Sr. Manager/Manager leverages market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to inform decision-making, optimizes execution, and ensures alignment with both U.S. and Global business objectives. Additionally, this role contributes to fostering strong external relationships and supports a high-performance, patient-centric culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and execute brand and marketing initiatives, partnering with Head of Marketing and Agency of Record, ensuring alignment with U.S. business objectives, clear positioning, competitive differentiation, and measurable impact on revenue and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Legal/Compliance, Regulatory, Business Analytics, and external agency partners to ensure aligned, integrated, and compliant execution of marketing initiatives
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of all nonpersonal brand initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Lead the national/local conference and convention planning, presence, onsite execution, and optimization
- Monitor and evaluate tactical effectiveness across owned initiatives, translating insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement plans
- Lead project plan, manage budget, and the Medical/Legal/Regulatory process for all owned deliverables
- Support execution of personal promotion initiatives, including ownership of print administration, fulfillment, and inventory management
- Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure alignment with global strategies, while appropriately tailoring execution to U.S. market needs
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed in compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines
- Serve as a brand champion and ambassador within the organization, reinforcing ESTEVE’s mission and patient-centric values
- Responsible for completing the above duties and responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with the internal controls that make up the internal control framework for all the ESTEVE business operational, administrative or regulatory processes.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Must have 4 years of experience (Marketing Manager) or 6 years of experience (Senior Marketing Manager) Marketing experience within the pharmaceutical, specialty biotech, or medical device industry
- Must have 2 years of experience in specialty therapeutics, rare disease, or highly competitive therapeutic areas
- Experience working with or influencing Global Marketing teams while tailoring strategies to U.S. market dynamics is highly preferred
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, including execution of brand plans, promotional tactics, and omnichannel initiatives
- Proven track record of successfully supporting product launches and driving brand performance across the product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, FDA guidelines, and compliance requirements, with a commitment to ethical marketing practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Global teams
- Strong analytical and business acumen, including experience leveraging market insights and performance data to inform decision-making
- High degree of adaptability and agility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving commercial environment
- Some domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training, and sales meetings will also be required on a periodic basis.
