Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO, for Housekeeping Crew Leaders and Attendants. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including guest rooms, common areas, and laundry services. Crew Leaders will oversee and train team members, ensuring standards of quality and efficiency are met. All team members will assist with restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and providing excellent customer service to contribute to a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
