Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify and ShipStation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of online orders. This role is essential to maintaining efficient fulfillment operations and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently using Shopify and ShipStation
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to company standards
- Generate shipping labels and manage carrier integrations through ShipStation
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment workspace
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve order-related issues and improve processes
- Support initiatives to streamline fulfillment and shipping workflows
- Proven experience using Shopify and ShipStation in an e-commerce or fulfillment setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets
- Ability to lift and move packages up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] as needed
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center
- Knowledge of shipping carriers and logistics processes
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
