Estero Bay Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our front office team. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of dental front office experience who is confident managing patient scheduling, insurance coordination, patient communication, and providing outstanding customer service from the moment patients walk through our doors.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of dental front office or Dental Patient Care Coordinator experience required
- Experience with Dentrix (preferred)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification, scheduling, and patient coordination
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fully digital, paperless office
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and office processes
- Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous professional growth
- Available to work early mornings as needed
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping patients
