Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand & Social Marketing Lead, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with regular in-person work on Long Island.
The Brand & Social Marketing Lead will help shape how Esterbrook shows up across social media, creator partnerships, product launches, collaborations, and digital storytelling. This role involves creating and managing content for social platforms, developing campaign ideas, working with creators and influencers, supporting launches, and helping build a stronger digital presence for the brand.
The right candidate should have real experience as a content creator and be comfortable concepting, capturing, editing, and shaping content that feels native to social platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand, social, creator, or digital marketing
- Strong short-form video and social-first editing skills
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms
- Comfort with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent
- Experience working with creators, influencers, artists, or UGC partners
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- A strong visual eye and understanding of tone, storytelling, and presentation
- Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns tied to launches, partnerships, and community moments
- Strong understanding of how content, brand, and conversion work together
- Experience in consumer goods, lifestyle, stationery, or luxury brands is a plus
Requirements
- Must live in New York
- Must be available for regular in-person work tied to product, launches, samples, planning, and team collaboration on Long Island
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where priorities may evolve
- Interested in building something, not just maintaining something
Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000
