Job Description
We are seeking a New Construction Roofing Field Supervisor to become a part of our team! During our roofing projects, you will be the face of the company. Our Senior Field Supervisors are responsible for verifying the technical aspect of a correct installation and you are the eyes & ears onsite to provide any information, pictures, or material that they require. Roofing experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of roofing crews and job sites (Company vehicle and fuel provided)
- Report and communicate with Senior Field Inspectors and Production Manager
- Complete inspections and file reports in a timely fashion
- Ensure all materials are inventoried prior to job start
- Supply pickup / delivery to job site when needed
- Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with construction in general
- Computer and Email experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to access & walk on all roof types to inspect quality of workmanship
- Ability to use smartphone and applications associated with our industry - training will be provided
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
