Estela is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Server to join our team.
One of the most celebrated restaurants in the United States, Estela is an intimate downtown bistro from Chef Ignacio Mattos. The restaurant can be experienced in many ways — a dynamic dinner in the dining room, a relaxed weekend brunch, or a late-night drink at the bustling bar. Since opening in 2013, Estela has introduced signature dishes that have become New York City classics while continually evolving its menu to offer guests something new.

We are seeking a professional, hospitality-driven Server who brings warmth, precision, and a strong understanding of food and beverage. This role is responsible for guiding the guest’s overall dining experience through attentive, knowledgeable service and seamless communication with both the service and kitchen teams.
Lunch and weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence

Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.

Provide thoughtful, informed menu and beverage recommendations.

Ensure food and beverage are delivered promptly and meet quality standards.

Maintain attentive service throughout the guest’s experience.

Communicate food allergies and dietary restrictions clearly to the kitchen.

Build meaningful relationships with repeat guests.
Team Collaboration

Participate actively in pre-shift meetings and ongoing service trainings.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and management.

Support colleagues during service while managing individual responsibilities.
