We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Technicians to join our team for morning and evening shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various client locations. This role offers a flexible schedule, with opportunities to work during mornings or evenings, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for our clients. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous cleanliness
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members
- Adhere to scheduling requirements to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation is a MUST for reaching different job sites
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be punctual and dependable to meet scheduled shifts in the mornings or evenings
