About the Job

Assist in the development of 360 strategy and execution for Global Lip Marketing programs. Support development of global strategy, briefs, comms planning, regional toolkits, and execution of campaigns across multi-platform consumer engagement programs. Contribute to developing team’s category-focused expertise, working with teams to collect insights, data, and market analysis to inform go-to-market plans centered around consumer experience.

 

Strategy and New Product Launch Development:

         Contribute to development of Marketing’s annual category strategy that will inform development of the Lip Global Marketing calendar and execution/approach for individual program launches. Including identifying whitespace opportunities, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of global category portfolio and performance (units, sales, COGS, market share) and gathering insights from Consumer Insights, CRM, E-comm

         Prepare concept briefs in partnership with Product Development, including consumer insight, competitive positioning, and key product concept/claims.

         Set and drive adherence to COGs targets, from prelim/target to final costs, with support from Brand Finance.

         Guide product claims testing to ensure alignment with concept, in support of Product Development.

         Guide packaging, artwork, and copy development to ensure alignment with concept, in close partnership with Packaging, Creative, and Artwork teams.

         Review sales estimates/forecasts for launches, with support from Global Business Planning group.

         Guide global launch pricing strategy, with support from Corporate Pricing Group

         Manage your category assortments and lead the line edit process.

         Work closely with regional partners to gain buy in on new programs and financial ambitions.

         Manage project timelines, updating tracking systems/tools and ensuring follow up on key stakeholders. Own meetings, set agendas, take notes, and issue recap to ensure next steps are actioned.

Go-to-Market Strategy, Planning, & Execution:

         Write and present 360 briefs grounded in insights and regional needs to inspire Creative on the campaign big idea.

         Develop comprehensive list of assets to be created for cross-platform activation.

         Lead the creation of the Activation Brief, setting the vision and framework for the 360 launch and working with cross-functional partners (Media, Online, Education, CRM, Commercial, Events) to build a comprehensive brief. Own meetings, set agendas, take notes, and issue recap to ensure next steps.

         Manage day to day production needs and internal processes to execute approved plans. This includes overseeing the development of relevant content, legal approval of execution, global paid media efforts and internal communication to stores/artists.

         Manage the Visual Merchandising briefing process for your programs.

         Post Launch: Support Executive Director in developing campaign measurement and reporting process. Liaise with regions and internal teams to gather post-campaign data and assist in synthesizing into global report.


Qualifications

Qualifications

         Four-year college degree or equivalent.

         4 years related experience.

         Thorough knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Keynote a plus.

         Demonstrated interest in brand strategy, brand marketing and 360 activations/development.

         Financial fluency and business acumen.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
