Position Responsibilities
- Provide armed executive protection for in Orange County, CA
- Maintain a low-profile presence while ensuring proactive threat detection and risk mitigation
- Secure the client’s residence, travel routes, and venues with discretion and professionalism
- Conduct advance planning for movements. locations, and events activations
- Collaborate with the protection team and client staff (household/location staff, drivers, assistants)
- Maintain situational awareness and respond decisively to security incidents or emergencies
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company security protocols
Position Requirements
- Valid CCW or HR218 (LEOSA)
- Valid BSIS Guard Card & Exposed Firearm Permit
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (law enforcement, military, or private executive protection)
- Proven experience supporting UHNW clientele, executives, or high-profile families
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to present a professional, polished, and discreet appearance at all times
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Executive Protection certification or formal EP training
- Prior estate security or private family office detail experience
- Advanced driving skills (defensive/evasive driving courses preferred)
- Medical/First Aid certifications (CPR, AED, EMT, or TCCC)
- Technology proficiency (GSOC, surveillance systems, secure comms)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Prior employment with luxury brands (hospitality, retail, or lifestyle) demonstrating ability to work in refined, high-touch environments with UHNW clientele
