Growing boutique law firm in Western Suffolk County seeks an entrepreneurial Associate Attorney. This role focuses on estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions. We welcome recent bar exam takers awaiting admission, as well as newly admitted attorneys looking to build a career.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft wills, trusts, healthcare proxies, and powers of attorney.
- Manage probate and estate administration proceedings.
- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Represent clients at real estate closings.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions or pleadings.
- Develop client relationships and market firm services.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Recent New York Bar Exam takers are encouraged to apply.
- Admission to the New York State Bar preferred.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and business development interest.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small-firm environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 (commensurate with experience).
