Estancia Development, LLC is a growing townhome & single-family home rental community that provides all the benefits of professionally managed multifamily property. Our goal is to offer high-quality, well-maintained homes for individuals, couples, and families who prefer to rent townhomes or full-size homes in the treasure coast. We are part of a larger property management group with various brand new properties in Fort Pierce - totaling 400 units under management.
Summary of Position:
The Leasing and Property Manager will execute the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all leasing related activities, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Leasing:
- Conduct tours for prospective tenants and follow up on leads
- Properly execute leasing and application process with property management software
- Complete Walk-In and Walk-Out inspections
- Follow proper leasing renewal procedures
- Answer FAQ via calls, emails, social media, etc.
Property Management:
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance and tenant work orders
- Assist accounting team with book keeping transactions
- Routinely walk property to inspect for high standards and functionality
- Liaise with construction project management to ensure community safety
- Promote our community social media and plan community efforts/events with local vendors
- Maintain vendors and their schedules to ensure consistent upkeep and service agreements are met
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing that demonstrates customer service background sufficient to resolve customer complaints
- 3 years of property management
- Proficiency in executing sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing
- Demonstrated mathematical and analytical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages to complete, understand and interpret financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information
- Proficient and fluent in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Physical Requirements:
This is a position which requires the Leasing Manager to frequently walk, stand and climb stairs in/around homes, models, and properties. Must also have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
