Job Summary
FSSA is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to support Indiana’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). This role focuses on strengthening the rural behavioral health workforce by coordinating recruitment, training, and workforce development initiatives across the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workforce development initiatives including recruitment, training, and career pathway development
- Support grant administration, budgeting, and compliance for state and federal programs
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, training partners, and community organizations
- Manage workforce data, reporting, and CMS compliance requirements
- Engage stakeholders and support program implementation across rural communities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in program/project management, workforce development, or grant management
- Experience in healthcare, public health, or community-based programs
- Knowledge of compliance, reporting, and budgeting for government-funded programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CMS or federal grant programs
- Background in rural health or behavioral health programs
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder initiatives
