- Manage and support Windows-based systems: Ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of Windows environments.
- Leverage your Office 365 and Microsoft Azure skills: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot cloud services to meet the organization’s needs.
- Troubleshoot network and end-user issues: Provide timely resolutions to connectivity and user support challenges, maintaining high user satisfaction.
- Assist with conference room A/V and laptop setups: Help facilitate smooth meetings by setting up conference room audio-visual equipment and ensuring laptops are properly configured.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with other IT professionals and end-users to implement solutions and improve system performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience working with Windows operating systems and Office 365.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for network and end-user support.
