Estacada School District – Summer Technology Student Worker
Estacada Schools is seeking one (1) Summer Technology Student Worker to support the district’s technology department.
Employment Dates: Temporary position July 6, 2026 – August 13, 2026
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (variable schedule)
Salary: $15.55 per hour (minimum wage effective July 1, 2026)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrollment in or completion of EHS Technology Internship class required
- Must be a recent 2026 graduate or a student who will be a senior in the 2026–27 school year
Position Summary:
The student worker will assist the technology department with basic technical support tasks and summer projects under supervision. Work may include device preparation, equipment organization, inventory support, and other assigned duties.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on fixes at the workstation level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
- Provide software application and hardware support; identifies, records, tracks and resolves user problems in ticket tracking software.
- Maintain a respectful, calm, courteous, positive attitude when communicating with others at all times.
- Add and update inventory of all current hardware using District implemented documentation procedures.
