ASSISTANT BOYS SOCCER COACHES (MULTIPLE OPENINGS)

We are currently seeking dedicated, high-character individuals to join our coaching staff and help build a team for long-term growth. These roles are ideal for those passionate about player development and motivated to make a meaningful impact on a group working to improve its performance and confidence.

PERSONNEL-FIRST STAFFING

We believe in putting the right people in the right seats. Rather than hiring for a specific level from the outset, we are looking for the most qualified applicants and the best overall fit for our program's culture. Final roles and responsibilities will be determined based on the unique strengths, experience, and chemistry of the selected candidates. 

Position will remain open until filled. 

Stipends: In accordance with Head & Assistant Coaching positions based on experience & current Licensed Salary Schedule.

DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS FOR COACHES

• A thorough knowledge of the sport or subject matter.
• Personal and moral character which will be of proper influence upon those whom they coach.
• Willingness to work with youth programs, building an aligned program K-12 that supports the community.
• The motivation to teach and encourage student athletes to realize their full potential.
• Skill and adeptness in teaching - every coach should be a competent teacher with the ability to understand the nature of those being taught.
• An efficient sense of organization.
• Leadership ability to motivate others.
• Ability to relate well with adolescent youngsters in a variety of settings.
• Commit to excellence, must advance to OSAA State Playoffs within 4 years

REQUIREMENTS

• ASEP or NFHS Certification prior to first day coaching.
• First Aid or ability to obtain training.
• Prior coaching experience preferred.
• Online Public School Works training completed prior to the first day with players.
• Must pass Fingerprint-based Criminal Background check that will be required at employee’s expense upon offer of employment.
• Type20 Oregon Driver's License or ability to add prior to the start of the season.

Salary : $5,502 - $7,065
