Territory Sales Manager – Dental Market

Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in the dental or

healthcare industry?

Established Search are partnered with a well-established, Implant manufacturer looking for a high energy and driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and develop new & existing business across the Houston Territory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow your sales territory, developing long-term relationships

with dental practices,

• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads generated

through marketing and events

• Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical information on-site

or remotely

• Negotiate pricing and terms within established guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer service, logistics) to

ensure a seamless customer experience

• Track and report on sales activity using CRM software (Salesforce or

similar)

• Proven success in outside sales – ideally with experience selling into dental, medical, or implant markets
• True hunter mentality, self-starter who loves building new business
• High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset
• Strong communication and relationship building skills

You’ll report directly to the Regional Sales Director and join a growing, dynamic team.
