Territory Sales Manager – Dental Market
Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in the dental or
healthcare industry?
Established Search are partnered with a well-established, Implant manufacturer looking for a high energy and driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and develop new & existing business across the Houston Territory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow your sales territory, developing long-term relationships
with dental practices,
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads generated
through marketing and events
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical information on-site
or remotely
- Negotiate pricing and terms within established guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer service, logistics) to
ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track and report on sales activity using CRM software (Salesforce or
similar)

- Proven success in outside sales – ideally with experience selling into dental, medical, or implant markets
- True hunter mentality, self-starter who loves building new business

- Strong communication and relationship building skills
